Pea sprouts are great in salads, alongside entrees, or munched on solo. We focus on a tasty balance of leaves and length giving each micro superb taste alongside great presentation. We mainly grow 2 varieties, one closer to a sprout, focusing on growth and sweetness while the other boasts big flavor and larger leaves.
